I am the Librarian for Health, Psychology, and Social Work at the University of Chicago and manage the Social Work Library there. My research interests include reader response theory, critical librarianship, and the intersection of mental health and queer virtual gaming communities. My teaching practice is rooted in critical and feminist pedagogy, and I also incorporate the values of equity and inclusion, as well as social justice, into every aspect of librarianship.
